Market Insights provide insights into an aspect of a company's marketing, and are followed by three questions for students to consider.

The companies have been chosen for their relevance to the reader, so that students will realise that they already have experience of marketing and therefore find it more interesting. Written in an engaging, journalistic style, there are at least six Market Insights per chapter.
